GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Quality Management Officer to work with a local pharmaceutical company.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, health & safety regulations, and applicable US, EU, and international
• GMP requirements for pharmaceutical products
• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of GMP
• compliant quality systems
• Supporting Qualified Persons (QPs) in the release of pharmaceutical products under the company’s license
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and specific projects assigned by the Quality Systems Manager and Head of Quality Management
• Supporting and promoting a strong quality culture across the organization

Required Skills

This role calls for an individual with excellent multitasking, communication, and teamwork abilities, paired with a proactive and self-assured mindset. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a University Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry. Prior experience in a GMP quality role will be considered an advantage.
