GCS Malta is looking for an Office & Front Office Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading security companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
- Handling calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks
- Maintaining office documents and a tidy workspace
- Processing orders, managing stock, and supporting sales
- Communicating customer feedback and ensuring satisfaction
- Assisting with additional admin duties and team collaboration
- Participating in training and development activities
Required Skills
Applicants must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a dedicated focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs. Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English are essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft office applications.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a years’ experience working in an administrative role.
