GCS Malta is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to work with a leading group of companies in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with dealership goals.
• Overseeing daily operations for seamless coordination among sales, service, and support.
• Implementing inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
• Collaborating with teams to maintain a balanced and relevant parts inventory.
• Streamlining sales processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency. Leading the service department to deliver high
• quality automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Identifying opportunities for cost
• efficient process improvements and automation.
• Championing a customer
• centric culture and implementing service standards.
• Addressing customer feedback promptly to maintain positive relationships.
• Optimizing resource utilization for operational excellence and compliance with regulations.

Required Skills

Strong leadership within an automotive dealership is advantageous, along with sound knowledge and experience of process re-engineering. This role requires someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and strategic skills.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, whilst previous experience in a Chief Operation role for at least 7 years is considered an asset.
