GCS Malta is seeking a Cost Planning & Development Project Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading group of companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading cost planning and estimation for development projects from concept to completion
• Preparing and managing detailed bills of quantities and tender documentation
• Overseeing tendering processes, including evaluating contractors and making recommendations
• Supporting contract negotiations and managing post
• contract cost control
• Monitoring project budgets, handling cost variations, and reporting on financial progress
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure cost
• effective project delivery

Required Skills

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in cost management systems and relevant software tools.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in cost planning, tender preparation, and post-contract administration. This role requires experience working in the construction and property development sectors.
