GCS Malta is looking for a Risk Manager to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing risk frameworks and controls
• Overseeing risk tasks and ensuring regulatory compliance (Solvency II, IFRS 17)
• Reporting risks to senior management, board, and regulators
• Managing operational and financial risks across the business
• Supporting risk culture through training and awareness programs

Required Skills

Applicants should have expertise in regulatory compliance, insurance risk management, and financial modelling, with strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Risk Management, or a related field, with proven experience in risk management within insurance or financial services, ideally in a leadership role.
