Head of Marketing

GCS Malta is looking for a Head of Marketing to work with a leading group of companies within the hospitality and entertaining industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends, and overseeing brand architecture, go

- market plans, CSR initiatives, and team performance.
- Directing integrated B2B and B2C marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, managing content strategy, campaign planning, and execution in collaboration with internal teams and agencies. Representing the brand through media, client, and partner engagements, driving consistency and leading brand evolution across all touchpoints.
- Building strategic alliances, media partnerships, and distribution channels to expand brand outreach and support business growth, particularly in hospitality and entertainment.
- Using analytics for performance tracking, ROI measurement, and owning the marketing budget for effective allocation, forecasting, and reporting.
Required Skills
This role requires a results-driven leader with industry expertise, strong analytical abilities, and creativity, along with a proven track record in leading innovative, data-driven marketing solutions and a strategic mindset.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree specializing in Marketing. A minimum of 6 years of experience in consumer marketing and brand management is required, including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing expansion.
