General Manager

GCS Malta is looking for a General Manager to work with a leading group of companies within the hospitality and entertaining industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing daily operations across multiple venues to ensure efficiency and service quality
  • Leading hiring, training, and supervision of venue teams
  • Monitoring financial performance including sales, costs, and P&L
  • Enforcing SOPs and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating new venue setups and promotional campaigns
  • Handling escalated issues and reporting to executive leadership

Required Skills

This role requires a solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs, with experience in new site openings and franchise operations considered highly advantageous. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities are essential, with an emphasis on team development and coaching.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess 5–8 years of experience in multi-site management within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a proven ability to successfully lead and manage teams.
