GCS Malta is looking for an Accounts & Administration Officer to join an international pharmaceutical company. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Accounts and Administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Ordering supplies like stationery, uniforms, and canteen items
- Answering phone calls
- Handling courier deliveries and pickups
- Helping with audit paperwork
- Booking flights and hotels for staff when needed
- Supervising cleaners and security staff
- Processing invoices
- Doing other general office tasks as need
Required Skills
One must be computer literate and have good command of MS Office Applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Maltese are a must. Additionally, one must be able to work independently and in a team environment and be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks to maintain deadlines
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and an A' Level standard of education with a practical understanding of basic bookkeeping.
