GCS Malta is seeking an HR Manager to work with one of Malta's leading construction companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing recruitment strategies and managing hiring processes
- Collaborating with partners to attract top talent
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Supporting talent management, engagement, and performance initiatives
- Organizing employee engagement and team
- building activities
- Managing the full employee lifecycle
- Providing HR policy guidance
- Overseeing learning and development initiatives
- Delivering training as needed
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and EU directives
Required Skills
Strong organizational, meticulous and interpersonal skills are essential within this role, along with the ability to work in a team setting. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese is required.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in HR, Hospitality, or a related field, with at least five years of senior-level experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
