GCS Malta is looking for an Office Assistant to work with one of Malta’s leading catering companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them accordingly.
- Acting as the primary contact for maintenance, suppliers, and service bookings for outlets, pastry, and kitchen.
- Serving as a key point of contact for top clients, intercompany communications, and new office inquiries.
- Reviewing and approving rosters for Heads of Departments (HODs) and assisting with other approvals and T&A reports.
- Providing support to the General Manager, including managing their calendar, setting up meetings, and assisting with paperwork.
- Assisting and supporting various departments, including pastry, kitchen, logistics, stores, and outlets.
Required Skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset is required within this role. Proficient use of Microsoft office applications and fluency in both English and Maltese language are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The selected candidate must have proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
