GCS Malta is seeking a Health Claims Handler to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance group of companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing medical claims by verifying, approving, and issuing payments.
• Conducting technical analysis of claims and determining liability.
• Negotiating claim settlements with clients.
• Providing support and services to clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
• Liaising with medical professionals, clinics, and private hospitals.
• Delivering high
• quality service to clients and intermediaries.

Required Skills

Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least an A' Level education, with preference given to those holding CII certification, a University Degree, or a background in the medical field. Experience in health insurance claims or underwriting is also preferred.
