GCS Malta is seeking a Supervisor to work with one of Malta’s leading insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations, aligning tasks with priorities, and driving team productivity.
- Analyzing data for improvements, coaching staff, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Managing staff absences, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Representing the company in meetings, handling discipline, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, and reporting issues to the Head of Contact Centre Operations.
Required Skills
This role requires excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, along with the ability to make decisions and solve problems. A strong knowledge and understanding of Contact Centre operations and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have proven management experience, including a strong ability to lead by example.
