Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring activity indicators (KPIs, training, efficiency, projects) to support decision
- making and profitability.
- Collaborating with management to plan operations and enhance products and team opportunities.
- Leading by example in duties, company values, and dedication.
- Fostering a culture of efficiency, quality, and empathy for internal and external clients.
- Supporting the team with operational adjustments, coaching, motivation, and planning.
Required Skills
A strong understanding of customer care practices and principles is essential for this role, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is required.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have prior experience in a customer care or insurance environment, with leadership experience being an asset.
