GCS Malta is seeking an HR Executive to join a leading law firm in Malta. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with HR management to support both legal professionals and administrative staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment for support staff, including screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Registering employee engagements and terminations with Jobsplus.
  • Overseeing recruitment and management of seasonal workers.
  • Assisting with the Summer Internship Programme for law students.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of legal staff.
  • Coordinating training and employee development initiatives.
  • Assisting with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics.
  • Supporting performance appraisals and feedback.
  • Maintaining the HR Handbook, policies, and procedures.
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving HR issues.
  • Supporting management in fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, local employment law, and best practices, with experience in payroll and HR systems. One must have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a keen aye for detail.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related, whilst at least 3 years’ experience in an HR role is considered an asset.
