GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Waiter to join one of Malta's leading restaurants.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and courteous table service, including setting, serving, and clearing tables.
• Demonstrating excellent menu knowledge to assist customers with dietary requirements and menu choices.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Preparing tables according to reservations and guest preferences.
• Taking and processing customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensuring kitchen and bar receive accurate orders following restaurant procedures.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Completing tasks promptly to meet guest needs.
• Performing additional duties as required

Required Skills

Professional appearance is essential, and proficiency in English is necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

The preferred candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, with prior roles in the catering and hospitality industry being advantageous.
