Catering Service Coordinator

GCS Malta is seeking a Cater Service Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading catering companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Identifying the client’s requirements and expectations for each event
• Liaising with the vendors, exhibitors, the related stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
• Managing all the events set up and follow ups
• Maintaining event budgets
• Conducting final inspections on the day of the event to ensure that everything adheres to the client’s standards
• Assessing an event’s overall success and submit findings

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in the English language are a must. Any additional languages are considered as an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
