GCS Malta is seeking a Front Office Administrator to work with a leading yachting company providing sales and managed services to high-end clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greeting and hosting clients
  • Day to day manning and running of the office
  • Phone operation
  • Filing/ basic accounting
  • Maintaining and improving internal processes
  • Maintaining website and social media
  • Secretarial tasks

Required Skills

One must have good communication and organisational skills, and be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team. Fluency in English is a must, whereas Maltese is considered as an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic accounting knowledge, proficient in Excel and other desktop applications. Familiarity with yachting and boating is considered an advantage.
