GCS Malta is looking for an Administration Officer to join a leading energy equipment supplier.

Your Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining the client database, ensuring all email addresses and contact details are current and accurate
  • Verifying and validating client information to minimize errors and duplicates
  • Communicating with internal teams to collect and confirm client data
  • Assisting in data entry tasks and ensuring data confidentiality
  • Supporting the administration team

Required Skills

Previous experience in data entry or administration is preferred but not mandatory. One must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, is considered a must.
