HR & Payroll Specialist

GCS is looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to work with a leading pharmaceutical company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing various HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits initiatives, employee well being and other activities throughout the employee life cycle
  • Coordinating the monthly payroll including time and attendance in liaison with the company’s’ outsourced service provider
  • Administrating the HRIT local corporate systems and data management in general
  • Assisting employees and management in interpreting and correctly applying company policies, procedures, and program
  • Being in collaboration with the hiring manager, leading the recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and managing the overall recruitment cycle
  • Compiling, preparing, and analysing ad hoc tasks

Required Skills

Being familiar with Indigo software and proficient in using MS Office applications is a must. One must have strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Ideally, one must have previous experience in a similar role.
