Malta is looking for a Senior Analyst to work with a leading bank in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the unit to implement goals in line with strategic objectives
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating assignments within the team to achieve unit objectives
• Responsible for channelling communication between higher management and unit members
• Managing and coordinating operations within the unit
• Responsible for the monitoring of financial matters as well as setting budgets for the unit
• Acting as a reference point for the unit in terms of technical expertise

Required Skills

One must have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure. Also, one must be a team player and be willing to learn from and mentor other team members. Willingness to remain updated continuously on regulatory areas related to the role is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must possess an MQF Level 6 Degree in Law, Banking and Finance, Investment Services, or related field.
