Administrative Assistant (Compliance Department)

GCS Malta is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with Ganado. The chosen candidate will be assisting the compliance team with general administrative duties.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a variety of searches for the purpose of customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring and creating escalation memos when required
  • Keeping various registers up to date
  • Scheduling internal training and other events and updating a training log
  • Providing training on customer screening to firm members
  • Keeping minutes of the weekly team meetings and the compliance risk committee meetings
  • Creating and maintaining client files
  • Scanning, filing and data inputting duties
  • General office duties

Required Skills

One must be proactive and work well in a team with very good time management skills. Excellent communication skills are also a must for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have excellent IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications and be proficient in written and spoken English and Maltese.
