Accounts & Administration Assistant (Gozo based)

GCS Malta is looking for an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join one of Malta’s leading Furniture stores. The candidate needs to be responsible for assisting with both accounting and administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling the day to day financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation
  • Handling the Time and Attendance of employees for payroll preparation
  • Other general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Required Skills

One must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills in the English language are required.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have an Accounts A’ Level and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Having previous similar experience is considered an asset.
