GCS Malta is looking for a Production Coordinator to join one of Malta’s leading Furniture stores.

Your Responsibilities

• Helping the Factory manager in coordinating production workflows
• Monitoring the inflow of orders and ensure that relevant job sheets are issued
• Coordinating with the Factory Manager the planning and prioritizing of operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Helping the Factory Manager in monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Obtaining output information (number of finished products, status of orders, etc.)
• Keeping data updated and organized
• Collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and other staff

Required Skills

One must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is required.
