GCS Malta is looking for a Technical Coordinator to work with one of Malta’s leading manufacturing companies. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting the Technical Manager in the daily duties.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling the company’s labelling information and ensuring that both label and nutrition information are perfectly in line with legal requirements of the target market
  • Assisting the Technical Manager in the various business objectives to produce safe and legally compliant food
  • Assisting in the developing, implementing and maintaining a Quality and Food Management system which complies with the relevant food safety standards and regulations
  • Ensuring that all quality procedures and documentation are kept up to date while managing the quality records process
  • Assisting in conducting internal audits and assisting in the correction actions process
  • Being a member of the customer complaints committee
  • Coordinating and conducting internal and external audits together with the Technical Manager to assess compliance with quality standards

Required Skills

One must be able to communicate in English and be computer literate in Microsoft Office. The ability to work within a team and get results through people is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be qualified in Management and have excellent communication and decision-making skills.
