GCS Malta is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to work with a leading group of companies in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing the annual marketing plan.
• Establishing and executing short/long term marketing strategies.
• Ensuring an appropriate coordination with the sales team.
• Utilizing data analytics skills to ensure that relevant and accurate data about market and consumer trends is available to make long term, financially viable and sustainable data drive recommendations to the CEO.
• Working closely with the CEO in building annual budgets and forecasts.
• Designing annual business development strategy.
• Coordinating marketing efforts of resellers, including international resellers, with strategic plans and objectives.
• Preparing presentations to explain the company’s current and future strategies.

Required Skills

Experience in using data analytics to develop sustainable long-term strategies is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

If you have a qualification at MQF Level 6 in Marketing, Business Development or equivalent, with around 8-10 years of experience within a similar position, then this one is for you. Strong leadership and communications skills and a proven track record of achieving results are a must.
