GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to join one of Malta’s leading furniture stores.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing end to end recruitment processes
  • Leading the formulation of induction and training programs
  • Developing and implementing effective internal HR policies and procedures
  • Addressing employee concerns
  • Supporting the payroll preparation
  • Organizing company events
  • Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
  • Handling any day to day administrative functions

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills are a must with exceptional communication abilities. Fluency in both the Maltese and English language is considered a must, and knowledge in any additional languages is an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have solid knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance. Previous experience in a similar environment and a Level 5 qualification in HR and/or Administration would be considered as an asset.
