GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to work with a leading group of hotels in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all the necessary documentation for all employees including contracts and/or letter of appointments
  • Supporting third country national employees with acquiring and renewing their work permit
  • Monitoring probation periods of employees and obtaining feedback from their respective Managers
  • Ensuring that time and attendance is updated by Managers in the HR Payroll System
  • Processing monthly payroll runs, including payments and answering any queries in relation to the payroll

Required Skills

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with profound knowledge of Indigo Shireburn, time and attendance including payroll system. One must have a comprehensive understanding of the Maltese Employment Law.
