People Success Specialist

GCS Malta is looking for a People Success Specialist to work with one of Malta's leading communication services companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting, guiding and advising people management on all People and business related matters, including reward and recognition, employer branding, succession planning and training
  • Assisting and supporting in day to day employee matters
  • Handling the recruitment processes
  • Assisting with on boarding processes and experiences of all team members
  • Conducting performance management
  • Managing budgets
  • Assisting and supporting management in ad hoc tasks

Required Skills

One must be proficient in using Microsoft suite. The individual must have excellent communication skills, as well as strong organisational and decision-making skills.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an HR or similar position. A Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Training and Development will be considered an asset.
