GCS Malta is looking for a Marketing Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading FMCG retail franchise companies, to help shape the brand perception & driving business success within the industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote shops, brands, and products
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with cross functional teams
- Creating and managing the marketing budget
- Overseeing the development of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content
- Utilizing data analytics and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance
- Establishing strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies and other external vendors
- Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities
- Staying up to date with industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation within the organization
Required Skills
Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analysis is a must. One must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Also, proven ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
The chosen candidate must have a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field with a solid understanding of marketing principles, marketing campaigns, market research, consumer behavior, and branding strategies. Previous experience in an FMCG environment would be considered as a great advantage!
