GCS Malta is looking for a Lead Global Sales Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading mobility companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Building relationships with stakeholders in the taxi industry
  • Presenting the company’s software solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing deals, and expanding the company’s global footprint
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and driving business growth
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the taxi sector

Required Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation are considered a must. One must be highly experienced in using sales and marketing software tools.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or a related field. A proven track record of success in leading and driving sales teams in international markets is a must.
