GCS Malta is looking for a VoIP Systems Engineer to work with one of Malta’s leading service providers.

Your Responsibilities

• Researching, recommending, and implementing technical solutions
• Troubleshooting of problems and providing timely corrective action
• Introducing new equipment while maintaining equipment under responsibility
• Reporting generation and data analysis
• Monitoring and analysing technical reports
• Preparing technical procedures and delivering training

Required Skills

Strong teamwork skills, and great communication skills in the English language is considered a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a degree level of education in ICT, IT, networking, telecommunications or equivalent. Knowledge of Cisco equipment and/or networking is a must.
