Senior Advisor Regulatory Compliance Unit

GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Advisor Regulatory Compliance Unit to work with an accounting service provider with both local and international clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the gaming regulatory compliance function of the business
  • Following the local and international regulatory compliance scene, monitoring and reviewing developments within the regulatory environment
  • Liaising with prospective clients
  • Developing, coordinating, and managing the team to meet client requirements
  • Reviewing license applications and liaising with clients in relation to application submission documentation
  • Ensuring clients are provided with day to day support
  • Ensuring clients remain complaint with Maltese, UKGC, and other regulators’ rules and regulations
  • Liaising with the MGA, FIAU and other supervisory bodies to respond to queries

Required Skills

One must have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework underlying the Gaming industry, and related structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required. Any other additional language is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a university degree or equivalent qualification in commerce, information technology, finance or law, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the Gaming industry.
