GCS Malta is looking for a Health Claims Associate to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Assessing and settling claims directly with clients or service providers

Required Skills

Excellent communications and listening skills are required to establish good relationships with all types of clients. Also, one must be able to work within a team and work with tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have an advanced level of education and a minimum of an ordinary level in Biology. Experience in an insurance setting or a health/ customer care related field is considered a must. One must be IT proficiency and be fluent in both the English and Maltese language.
