GCS Malta is looking for a Business Development Specialist to work with an international telecoms company in Malta. The chosen candidate will help in developing opportunities for business growth, lead negotiations, and maintain solid relationships with the Company’s clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing lead development pipelines
  • Developing a thorough understanding of prospective clients
  • Contacting potential clients
  • Understanding the department strategy and discussing with the line manager
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling the Company’s products to prospective and existing clients
  • Qualify leads from campaigns and conferences as sales opportunities
  • Negotiating terms with clients and attending meetings
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
  • Managing the commercial aspects of the Company’s products
  • Any other task assigned by the management

Required Skills

One must have excellent presentation skills and excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities is a must. Fluency in the English language is considered a must while knowledge in any additional languages is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

If you are in possession of a Degree in business administration, business management, marketing or a related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in fields relating directly to business development, or similar, then this one’s for you!
