GCS Malta is looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to work with an international telecoms company in Malta. The chosen candidate must handle technical customer support requests and enquiries in a professional manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing first line support to customers and building rapport with them
  • Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying the customers’ needs and assisting them
  • Handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up
  • Providing complete information using the proper methods and tools
  • Monitoring traffic and reporting any issues according to the Company’s procedures
  • Escalating technical issues
  • Working in a proactive manner to identify issues that may arise
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and Company policies
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is considered a must while knowledge in any additional languages is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidate must be passionate about customer service where customer satisfaction and first contact resolution immediately come to mind. One must have a strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
