GCS Malta is looking for an Audit Associate to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies. The chosen candidate will join the company’s Audit & Assurance team at supervisory level.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing support to the audit team
• Reviewing the work carried out by senior staff
• Assisting in the reviews of small and low risk engagements
• Leading on complex engagements
• Identifying potential technical issues
• Drafting management letters
• Supervising multiple engagements
• Preparing an effective assurance plan of engagements
• Monitoring senior staff

Required Skills

The individual must be a professional and proactive, possessing strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in both the Maltese and English language is considered a must. Knowledge in any additional languages is considered an asset.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have been working in auditing for a minimum of 5 years and focusing on delivering high quality assignments, meeting commitments, and building a good relationship with the company’s clients.
