Artwork Specialist

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Artwork Specialist to join an international pharmaceutical company. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Handling artwork for the company.
• Liaising with clients and CMOs to manage artwork information.
• Collaborating with the technical team to review and approve artwork.
• Coordinating with suppliers for artwork approval. Assisting with artwork definition for Regulatory Affairs.
• Managing artwork changes and documentation.
• Issuing and reviewing production documentation.
• Supporting GMP standards in production.
• Ensuring GMP compliance and addressing issues.
• Implementing required documentation for corrective actions.
• Assisting with client serialization onboarding.

Required Skills

Strong organizational, teamwork and self-motivation skills are essential, along with having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a higher qualification in Science or Project Management. Experience with SAP and working in a GMP environment is preferred but not required.
