GCS Malta is looking for a Junior Finance Officer to work with a leading insurance company in Malta. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing debtors' control.
• Reconciling bank accounts monthly.
• Preparing bank deposits.
• Issuing reports and statements.
• Reconciling vendor statements.
• Reconciling premiums received.
• Posting entries in proprietary systems.
• Performing other assigned finance duties.

Required Skills

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and multitask is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications and computer skills is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at minimum an A' level standard of education in Accountancy or an AAT Diploma, whilst at least 6 months experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
