GCS Malta is looking for a Software Support Executive to join one of Malta’s leading software provider companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answering and prioritizing user requests for software and networking issues.
  • Handling client calls during office hours and gathering information for diagnostics.
  • Identifying hardware
  • related problems, and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Logging calls, updating the knowledge base, and preparing incident reports.
  • Consulting with programmers on software errors and improvements.
  • Testing software and hardware for usability.
  • Training users and installing software at client sites.
  • Analyzing client needs and providing ongoing software support.

Required Skills

Possess strong organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems. Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to continuously expanding knowledge and sharing expertise with others.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, as it is considered an asset.
