GCS Malta is looking for a Network Supervisor to work with one of Malta's leading insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyzing key activity indicators for informed decision
• making.
• Supporting service management and filling in for the Team Leader as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Organizing training for Supervisors and Agents to achieve service objectives.
• Leading and coordinating staff, promoting resource optimization and alignment with strategy.
• Managing Own Fleet resources to ensure efficiency and safety.

Required Skills

Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to maintain productive relationships. Fluency in spoken and written English & Maltese is required

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, with a technical understanding of the towing industry, which is a must.
