GCS Malta is looking for a Traded & Operations Officer to work with a leading insurance company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Entering trade details and capturing tickets in company systems
  • Creating and matching trade contract notes
  • Conducting asset and cash reconciliation with trade platforms
  • Managing intercompany cash flow reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Settling trades and handling FX transactions
  • Supporting compliance with due diligence documentation and reporting
  • Taking minutes and maintaining client databases
  • Processing payments, trades, and banking tasks
  • Addressing client inquiries and updating internal records using Excel

Required Skills

One must be capable of working within a team with a high sense of initiative. Also, excellent communication skills and good organizational skills while meeting deadlines is essential, Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English is essential within this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a financial operations position or a similar role, as it is considered an asset.
