Customer Support & Distribution Specialist

GCS Malta is looking for a Customer Service & Distribution Specialist to join one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and uploading customer forecast demand
  • Aligning customer orders with forecasts and addressing discrepancies
  • Preparing Sales and Operations (S&OP) presentations for customers
  • Ensuring timely and complete deliveries by coordinating with stakeholders, including cross
  • functional departments and customers
  • Defining distribution plans by collaborating with Production, QA
  • QC, and Planning for on
  • time collections
  • Managing data by updating the ERP (SAP) system, shipment tracker, and sales funnel
  • Following up on uncollected orders
  • Creating and maintaining customers' Product and Technical Data Sheets (PDS & TDS)

Required Skills

This position requires a candidate which has experience using SAP or other business management software whilst also having an advanced level with Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications are essential within this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Maths and Computing, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, whilst previous experience is considered an asset.
