Non-Motor Claims Handler

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Non-Motor Claims Handler to join one of Malta's leading insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Achieving all designated objectives upon assignment.
• Efficiently managing all claims within the job holder's file allocation in line with group SLAs.
• Collecting and processing information as instructed to aid in the evaluation of more complex cases.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Managing a portfolio of recovery files.
• Undertaking any additional duties as directed by Senior Management or the Core team.

Required Skills

Good organization skills, communication skills. ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential Information and having a good attention to detail are required for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must have a Degree in Finance/Insurance, Business and/or Administration, or a related field is considered an asset, whilst having proven experience working in an insurance environment is a must.
