GCS Malta is seeking a Quality Management Officer to work with a local pharmaceutical company. The chosen individual will be responsible for coordinating job functions of the department, assisting the QP, as well as ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Company’s QP on the Company’s license for the release of pharmaceutical products on the market Ensuring compliance and adherence to Company policies and procedures, quality standards, H&S regulations as well as relevant US, EU and international GMP requirements for pharmaceutical products for human consumption Co
  • ordinating the job functions of the department to attain the most effective and efficient deployment of human and material resources within a given budget Active participation in continuous improvement and TQM projects assigned by the Head of QM and the Head of Malta Operations

Required Skills

Experience working in an FDA regulatory environment will be considered an asset and one must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications and Experience

If you are in possession of a University Degree in Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry, then this one’s for you! Computer literacy and good command of MS Office Applications is considered a plus.
